# The load detail page, field by field

> Walk through every section of a Load Work load detail page: header, actions, map, load details grid, broker notes, and broker contact panel.

export const PageFooter = ({path}) => <p style={{

    <a href={`mailto:support@loadworkhub.com?subject=${encodeURIComponent('Docs feedback' + (path ? ` — ${path}` : ''))}&body=${encodeURIComponent('The docs page ' + (path || '(unspecified)') + ' looks different from what I see in the app.\n\nWhat I see:\n\nWhat the page says:\n')}`}>

  </p>;

Click any load card to open the detail page. The URL follows the pattern `/loads/load_<id>`. This page gives you the full picture before you call or email the broker.

## Header

| Element | What it is | What to do with it |
| ------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------ | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Back to loads** | Navigation link | Returns you to the board with your current filters intact. |
| **Load ID** | A copyable ID like `load_abc123` | Copy this and include it in any support email to [support@loadworkhub.com](mailto:support@loadworkhub.com) so the team can find the exact load. |
| **Status pill** | Usually **Available** while the load is live | If the load is covered or removed, the status changes. |
| **Lane** | Full origin and destination: **ORIGIN, ST → DEST, ST** | Confirm this matches your planned route before contacting the broker. |
| **Rate** | Posted dollar amount or **Call for rate** | Decide whether the rate meets your floor before you invest time in a call. |
| **Freshness stamp** | **POSTED 2M AGO** (or similar) | Tells you how fresh the posting is. This is one of the 3 inputs into the load score. Older postings are more likely to be covered already. |

## Actions bar

| Element | What it is | What to do with it |
| ---------------- | ------------------- | ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Save** | Bookmark action | Adds the load to your org-wide saved list. See [Saved loads](/team/saved-loads). |

| **Payment terms** | When and how the broker pays | Confirm you are comfortable with the terms before hauling. |

N/A fields are normal. If a broker did not post weight, delivery date, or pieces, the field shows N/A. This lowers the load's completeness score but does not mean the load is fake.
