The Brokers page can time out when loading large lists, especially on the All and Verified tabs. You may see “Couldn’t load brokers” or “Couldn’t load this broker — Something went wrong. Try again.” with a Retry button. This is a known performance issue, not a problem with your account.

How to fix it

Press Retry

Click the Retry button and wait a few seconds. The page may load on the second attempt.

Narrow the list

Switch to the Unverified tab or use the search box to enter a broker name or MC number. Smaller result sets load faster and are less likely to time out.

Reach the broker from a load

If you are looking for a specific broker, find one of their loads on the board and click View broker in the Broker panel. This opens the broker profile directly, bypassing the directory list.

Email support if it persists

If the page never loads after retrying and narrowing, email support with the broker ID or MC number you were searching for.
