Email alerts checklist
1
Check your spam or junk folder
Load Work emails come from noreply@loadworkhub.com and support@loadworkhub.com. Mark them as safe or add them to your contacts.
2
Verify your email address
Go to Settings → Profile and confirm your email is verified. Unverified addresses may not receive alerts.
3
Check your Essential alert cap
Essential plans are limited to 30 alerts per month. If you hit the cap, alerts pause until the next billing cycle. Pro and Enterprise plans have unlimited alerts.
4
Confirm you have at least one rule
Alerts only fire if you have created a notification rule at /rules. No rules means no alerts.
5
Check if the rule is too narrow
A rule with a very specific lane, high minimum RPM, or tight pickup window may rarely or never match a load. Widen the rule and check the live preview.
SMS alerts checklist
1
Confirm your plan supports SMS
SMS alerts require a Pro or Enterprise plan. Essential plans are email only.
2
Verify your phone number
Go to Settings → Profile and make sure your phone number is verified.
3
Check quiet hours
Quiet hours set in Settings → Notifications apply to every rule. If the load posted during your quiet hours window, the alert was held.
4
Check if you replied STOP
If you previously replied STOP to a Load Work text, SMS is disabled. Reply START to re-enable.
5
Confirm SMS is toggled on
In the rule builder or Settings → Notifications, make sure the SMS toggle is enabled for the rule or globally.
Both channels
- Quiet hours block all alerts during the window you set. They apply to every rule.
- Rules must exist and be active. If you deleted your only rule, alerts stop.
- Email is always sent if your address is verified, your plan has alerts remaining, and the rule matches.
