Deleting your organization is permanent. It removes your team, saved loads, notification rules, and trucks, cancels billing, and signs you out immediately. Only the Owner can perform this action. Before you proceed, export or save anything you need because this cannot be undone.
This action is permanent. It deletes your organization, all team members, all saved loads, all notification rules, and all trucks. Billing is cancelled. You will be signed out immediately. This cannot be undone.

Where to find the delete option

Go to Organization → Manage, then scroll to the Danger zone section at the bottom of the page. The page shows your organization details and a red Danger zone area with the delete button.

Steps to delete your organization

Navigate to Organization → Manage

Open the Manage page from the main navigation.

Scroll to Danger zone

Find the Danger zone section at the bottom of the page.

Click Delete organization

Click the Delete organization button.

Confirm the deletion

Follow the confirmation prompts. Once confirmed, the deletion happens immediately.

What gets deleted

  • Organization and org code
  • All team members and roles
  • All saved loads
  • All notification rules
  • All trucks and truck data
  • Billing subscription and payment schedule

What happens next

You are signed out of Load Work immediately. If you ever want to use Load Work again, you will need to create a new organization from scratch.

Before you delete

Consider exporting or recording any important information first:
  • Broker contact details from saved loads
  • Active load IDs you want to track elsewhere
  • Team member emails if you plan to reassemble the team later

Who can delete

Only the Owner role sees the Delete organization button. Members do not have access to the Danger zone.
