What filters your matches
The most important field is equipment type. When you search the board or build a notification rule, Load Work uses the equipment types in your fleet to decide which loads to show you. Other truck fields refine that match further:Rules and equipment
If you build a notification rule and do not specify equipment, it matches all equipment types. That can be noisy. A better approach is to scope rules to the equipment types in your fleet, or let your trucks act as the filter. This is what filters the load board to loads your truck can take. Make sure your truck’s equipment type is set correctly, or you will see irrelevant loads and miss the ones you can haul.
Practical tip
Double-check every truck’s equipment type after you add it. A mislabeled truck will send you the wrong alerts and hide the right loads. If you run multiple equipment types, add a truck for each one so your rules and board cover everything in your fleet.Related
