Load Work’s filter bar and More filters panel let you cut the board down to loads that actually fit your truck, lane, and rate needs.

Filter bar (top row)

These filters are always visible above the load list.

Active / Past toggle

Switch between Active (live postings) and Past (aged-off postings). Past loads are useful for rate research but are no longer bookable.

From city + radius

Enter an origin city and state, then pick a radius: 25, 50, 100, 150, 250, or 500 miles. Loads with pickup inside that circle are shown.

To city + radius

Same as From: enter a destination city and state, then pick a radius. You can set From only, To only, or both to build a lane.

Equipment dropdown

Pick 1 or more equipment types from the 16-type list. If you leave it blank, all types are shown (subject to your board: Expedite or All Equipment).

Weight min / max

Enter minimum and maximum weight in pounds. Use this when your truck or trailer has a hard capacity limit.

Pickup window

  • Any: Show all loads regardless of pickup date.
  • Today: Pickup date is today.
  • Tomorrow: Pickup date is tomorrow.
  • This week: Pickup date falls within the current 7-day window.
Type a broker name, MC number, or DOT number to filter to loads from that broker only. The search respects the tab you are on, so searching on the wrong tab can return nothing.

Click More filters to open the expanded panel.

Rate min / max

Set a dollar range for the posted rate. If a load shows Call, it has no posted rate and is hidden when you set a min or max unless you also enable Include loads with no rate.

$/mile min

Set a minimum rate per mile. This is calculated from the posted rate and loaded miles when both are available.

Miles min / max

Set a range for loaded miles. Use this to filter out short local runs or long cross-country hauls.

Hazmat

  • Any: Show hazmat and non-hazmat loads.
  • Hazmat: Show only hazmat loads.
  • Non-hazmat: Show only non-hazmat loads.

Min score

Filter by Load Score to avoid low-quality postings:
  • Any: No score filter.
  • 50+: Hide unrated and low-scored loads.
  • 70+: Show only solid or better postings.
  • 85+: Show only verified or high-quality postings.

Rate type: Posted only

Toggle this on to hide loads with no posted rate. When off, Call loads are included.

Sort order

Choose how results are ordered:
  • Newest first: Most recently posted loads at the top.
  • Oldest first: Earliest postings at the top.

Worked examples

  1. Set From to Dallas, TX with radius 100.
  2. Set Pickup to Today.
  3. Select Cargo Van and Sprinter Van in Equipment.
  4. Leave To blank if you are willing to deadhead back.
  1. Select Reefer in Equipment.
  2. In More filters, set $ / mile min to 2.00.
  3. Set Miles max to 1000.
  4. Toggle Posted only on so you only see loads with a rate.
  1. Toggle to Past.
  2. Enter the broker name in Broker search.
  3. Set Pickup to This week or leave it as Any.
  4. Sort Oldest first to see the timeline.
Setting a minimum RPM and unchecking Include loads with no rate silently drops a large share of the board. Many loads post without a rate. If you want to see everything, leave Include loads with no rate on and use the rate filter as a preference, not a gate.
