Load Work delivers load alerts through 3 channels. Email is always on. SMS requires a Pro or Enterprise plan and a verified phone number. Push notifications are planned but not available yet.

Email (all plans)

Email alerts are on by default for every rule. They go to the email address on your account. You cannot turn email off per rule, but you can turn off the whole rule if you want to stop receiving emails from it.
  • Email shows in the rule builder as a toggle with your account email listed underneath.
  • Alerts include the rule name in the subject line so you know which lane matched.

SMS (Pro and Enterprise only)

SMS alerts send a text to your verified phone number when a load matches a rule. You must be on Pro or Enterprise to see the SMS toggle.

How to enable SMS

  1. Verify your phone number in Settings.
  2. In the rule builder, turn on the SMS toggle.
  3. Or go to Settings → Notifications and enable SMS there.
Turning on SMS alerts means agreeing to receive automated load and account texts at the phone number on file. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Terms and Privacy Policy apply.

How to stop SMS

  • Reply STOP to any Load Work text message.
  • Or go to Settings → Notifications and toggle SMS off.

Push notifications

Push notifications are coming soon. They are not available yet. When launched, they will appear on supported mobile devices and browsers.

Quiet hours affect all channels

Quiet hours set in Settings → Notifications pause non-urgent alerts during your chosen daily window. This applies to every rule and every channel. There is no per-rule override.
