If you have not built any notification rules, there is nothing to fire. Go to /rules and create at least one rule with your lane, equipment, and pickup preferences. Alerts start within minutes of saving.
Rule is too narrow
Rule is too narrow
A rule with a high minimum RPM, a tight lane, and “Include loads with no rate” unchecked may match nothing. Check the Live preview panel in the rule builder before saving. If it is empty, widen a filter: lower the RPM floor, add more states, or check the no-rate box.
SMS not set up
SMS not set up
SMS alerts require 2 things: a Pro or Enterprise plan, and a verified phone number in Settings. If you are on Essential, SMS is not available. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited alerts and SMS access.
Email going to spam
Email going to spam
Load Work alerts can land in your spam or promotions folder. Check those folders, then add support@loadworkhub.com to your contacts or safe-sender list so future alerts hit your inbox.
Hit Essential plan limit
Hit Essential plan limit
Essential plans are capped at 30 alerts per month. Once you hit the cap, rules stop firing until your next billing cycle. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited alerts.
Quiet hours active
Quiet hours active
If you set quiet hours in Settings → Notifications, alerts are paused during that daily window. Check your quiet hours window and adjust it if needed. There is no per-rule override.
Phone not verified
Phone not verified
Even on Pro or Enterprise, SMS will not send if your phone number is not verified. Go to Settings and verify your phone number before toggling SMS on in the rule builder.
