Your organization profile tells Load Work and the brokers on the platform who you are. It also drives your billing, team seats, and truck limits. Fill it out once and update it whenever your business details change.

Open Organization → Manage

In the left sidebar, click Organization, then Manage. This is where your company details live.

Fill in company details

Enter the following fields:
  • Company name (the name brokers see)
  • Legal name (for billing and tax purposes)
  • DBA (if applicable)
  • EIN
  • Business type
  • Website
  • Phone
  • Billing email (where Stripe sends receipts)
  • USDOT number
  • MC number

Upload your logo

Add your company logo so it appears on your organization profile. Use a square or landscape image in PNG or JPG format.

Your org code

After you save, Load Work assigns your organization a unique code like ORG-KPVWQ. You will see it in the sidebar next to your org name. Support will ask for this code if you ever write in, so keep it handy.

Delete organization

Deleting your organization is permanent. It removes your team, saved loads, notification rules, and billing subscription. It also signs you out immediately. This action cannot be undone. If you only want to stop billing, consider canceling your plan instead.
Once your organization is set up, add your first truck so Load Work can start matching you to the right loads.

Enter your truck details so the board filters for matching freight.

Invite teammates

Add dispatchers or co-drivers to your organization.
