Your Load Work account is tied to your email address and phone number. You need both verified before you can set up alerts or invite teammates. This guide walks you through signup from scratch.

Sign up

Go to app.loadworkhub.com and create an account with your email address and a password. You will also need to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Verify your email

Check your inbox for a verification email from Load Work. Click the link inside to confirm your address. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder.

Set your profile

Open your profile at Settings → Profile and add your first and last name. You can also upload a profile photo here. This name is what teammates will see in the activity feed and team list.

Verify your phone number

Add your mobile number in Settings → Profile and verify it. SMS alerts are only available on Pro and Enterprise plans, but verifying your number now means you will not have to stop and do it later when you upgrade or enable SMS rules.
Use a phone number you keep with you on the road. That is the number Load Work will text when a matching load hits the board.
Once your account is verified, the next step is to set up your organization so Load Work knows who you are hauling for.
